The MB502-17-265A Transmission Synchronizer Ring is a high-quality aftermarket transmission component designed to improve gear shifting performance and ensure smooth gear engagement in manual transmission systems. As an important part of the synchronizer assembly, the synchronizer ring helps synchronize the rotational speed between the gear and the transmission shaft before gear engagement. It reduces shifting impact, prevents gear grinding, and supports smooth and reliable gear changes. With OE reference number MB502-17-265A, this synchronizer ring provides a reliable replacement solution for worn, damaged, or degraded original transmission synchronizer components. Manufactured using high-quality friction materials and precision production technology, the product is designed for excellent wear resistance, accurate fitment, and stable performance in transmission repair and rebuilding applications. As a professional global transmission parts wholesaler, we supply synchronizer rings, transmission hubs, gears, shafts, and other gearbox components to distributors, importers, repair workshops, and automotive aftermarket businesses worldwide.
Core Advantages
1. Speed synchronization: Uses friction against the gear cone to equalize the rotational speed of the gear and shaft before engagement.
2. Clash-free shifting: Ensures the hub sleeve can slide into mesh smoothly, preventing grinding, clash, and shift shock.
3. Shift quality: Directly determines shift feel — a worn ring causes hard shifting, grinding, or gears that jump out of engagement.
4. Direct OEM replacement: Same dimensions, cone angle, and friction characteristics as the genuine part — fits the original synchronizer assembly without modification.
Application Scenarios
Manual gearbox overhaul: Rebuild shops replacing worn synchronizer components in Hyundai/Kia transaxles.
Transmission repair: Fixing hard shifting, gear grinding, or gears that jump out of engagement.
Aftermarket parts (IAM): A staple line item for transmission parts dealers and e-commerce sellers.
Rebuild kit assembly: Supplied as part of synchronizer/gearbox rebuild kits for Hyundai/Kia manual transmissions.

Upgrading to larger off-road tires instantly changes vehicle dynamics. It alters the effective gearing, resulting in sluggish acceleration, poor fuel economy, and excessive transmission wear. Selecting the correct gear ratio restores factory performance and protects drivetrain components. When a veh

Upgrading a truck’s payload or towing capacity often encounters bottlenecks not from engine horsepower, but from the structural limits of the drivetrain. Selecting an incorrect axle configuration leads to premature transmission failure, catastrophic drivetrain binding, or compromised fuel economy. S
High-torque applications place immense stress on factory drivetrains. This is especially true in diesel trucks. The differential becomes a primary point of failure under heavy towing or off-highway conditions. A failing differential does not just stop a truck. Due to the lack of internal filtration,
For many Toyota truck and SUV owners, particularly those driving 2016-2023 Tacoma and Tundra models, a persistent howling or whining noise from the rear end causes widespread frustration. Dealerships frequently dismiss these noises as normal gear resonance, torque echoing, or uneven tire wear. This
Drivetrain noises—specifically howling, whining, or grinding—often trigger immediate anxiety for vehicle owners. These acoustic warnings signal potential catastrophic failure, especially during demanding tasks like heavy towing or remote off-roading. When a rear axle component begins to fail, the ri
Rear-end vibration during acceleration is not automatically a differential failure. It is often external to the axle assembly: tires, wheel balance, U-joints, driveshaft angle, center support bearings, yokes, mounts, or driveshaft balance. A rear differential leak should be treated as a high-priority fault because the axle housing holds far less lubricant than an engine or transmission. No. Not every car has a separate rear differential. Most rear-wheel-drive, all-wheel-drive, and four-wheel-drive vehicles do. Most front-wheel-drive cars use a front transaxle that contains the differential function inside the transmission. That distinction matters because many ordering mistakes sta
A front-end grinding, scraping, rumbling, whirring, or howling noise can point to internal front differential damage, but it is often misdiagnosed as a wheel bearing, CV axle, brake issue, transfer case problem, tire noise, or front driveshaft fault.
