What are your available trade terms and payment methods?
We support classic international trade terms including EXW and FOB with departure ports of NINGBO, SHANGHAI and GUANGZHOU. For payment, new cooperations adopt 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment. After long-term stable cooperation, we can negotiate more flexible and favorable payment terms for you.

Do you support custom differential products according to drawings or samples?
Absolutely. We have a professional R&D and production team with rich customized experience. We can process and produce non-standard differential, differential case, gear kit and actuator products strictly according to customers’ technical drawings and physical samples, fully matching your special equipment parameters and usage scenarios.

What is your warranty policy for differential products?
All our differential series products enjoy a 1-year official warranty starting from the date you receive the goods. If any quality problem occurs during the warranty period, you only need to provide clear photos and videos of the defective products, and we will provide free new product replacement in your next order.

Can I get flexible MOQ for my first trial order of differential parts?
Yes, we provide flexible MOQ policies for new customers. Different differential products have different standard MOQ requirements, but we support negotiation for first-time orders. Especially for in-stock differential assembly, gear kit and other products, we accept any order quantity to support your trial purchase and market testing.
